Catherine Delahunty

Catherine Delahunty is a New Zealand political candidate and environmental activist.

She was co-convenor of the Green Party from 2002 to 2004, and stood as the party's candidate in the East Coast electorate in the 2002 elections. She was ranked tenth on the Green Party's list, just below the cutoff for entry to Parliament. In the 2005 elections, she was ranked ninth.

She is a campaigner on many issues, including the Treaty of Waitangi, toxics and landfills, and has been involved in running an educational trust called Kotare with Green MP Sue Bradford. She describes herself as a "generic troublemaker"
