Beau "Casper" Paul Smart (born April 6, 1987) is a American actor and choregrapher. He is known for work alongside many American musicial artists. Since November 2011, Smart has been in a high profile relationship with Jennifer Lopez. Early life Beau Smart was born in Anaheim, California. He is middle of three children of Shawna and Ray Smart. His older brother, Brandon is currently serving in the U.S. Military. He has a half brother named Cory. During his childhood, the family lived in Orange County, California. He attended Western High School in Anaheim, California and graduated in 2005. Career Legal trouble Between 2004 and 2007, Smart was charged for driving without a valid license on three seperate occassions, evading electronic toll charges and exceeding 65 miles per hour. Smart was sentenced to one-year probition and fined $500 on January 4, 2012 from a drag racing incident in April 2010 in which he posted a $26,000 bail.<ref name=charges />
