Cashmaster

Cashmaster International is a family owned company based in Rosyth, Scotland who manufacture machines that count cash by weight as an alternative to counting cash manually or using a traditional banknote counter. Cashmaster Internationals use of local skills and manufacturing has been the subject of parliamentary debate into the importance of the local economy.

History
The company was founded in 1977 as a provider of bespoke electronic solutions using core microprocessor applications. In 1987 Cashmaster International was formed and started providing count by weight machines. Recent developments have included the introduction of a modern prouction facility.

Present Company
Cashmaster currently have offices in the UK, Turkey, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland and the US with their head office in Rosyth, Scotland. They currently have clients in over 32 countries.

Cashmaster have been noted in the press for working with HMV.

Cashmaster International have been included in debate over the importance of local manufcaturing by the Scottish Parliament.

Product Range
The Cashmaster product range currently consists of 3 machines aimed at businesses of varying size. The range includes the Sigma 100, the Sigma 165, the Omega 215 and the Alpha 300. The machines can count notes and coins and also other items commonly found in cash registers including cheques, coupons and vouchers.

Cashmaster have recently advertised the introduction of a new range of products with improved technology over their current range including wi-fi and 32-bit technology.
