The Barry Adrian Reese Story but his label J Records stopped releasing singles off his album so Cassidy released it as a airplay/street single. The track features Full Surface Label mates Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Eve and is produced by Hi-Tek. The beat samples The Notorious B.I.G.'s Notorious Thugs while the chorus samples the Wu-Tang Clan's single C.R.E.A.M. (Cash Rules Everything Around Me).
