Casey Rogowski

Casey Daniel Rogowski (born May 1, 1981 in Livonia, Michigan) is a minor league first baseman who is currently a free agent.
He is married to his highschool sweetheart Libby Voshell and they have one son, Cael. He is the middle child in a Polish-Irish family of 5.
High school career
Rogowski attended Catholic Central High School in Redford, Michigan, and won All-State honors in football, wrestling and baseball. He was the state's heavyweight wrestling champion, and also a member of the state championship football team as a junior and a senior.
Minor league career
After high school, Rogowski was selected in the 13th round (399th overall pick) by the Chicago White Sox in the 1999 Major League Baseball Draft. After signing with the Oakland Athletics for the season, he batted .277 with 14 home runs and 64 RBI for their Sacramento River Cats farm club. He became a free agent at the end of the season.
