Carousel Kings is an American pop punk band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The band formed in November 2008. The bands ages range from 18-20. They have released one demo thus far, as well as recorded a full length album and have gone on tour twice. They are currently an unsigned artist. As of 2010, Luke Harvey and Andrew Zell have finished their senior year of high school. Biography Carousel Kings was founded in 2008 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The band released their first EP Here Comes Trouble on January 31, 2009 and finished their first full length album in summer of 2010. The EP received over 10,000 downloads at . Carson Slovak of Armsbendback, , and engineer at Atrium Audio and producer Grant McFarland of This or the Apocalypse worked on the album with the band after successfully tracking their first EP. The band has shared the stage with Set Your Goals, Alesana, , and The Bled, among others. On April 22, 2010, the Assault.it blog named Carousel Kings as one of the top 50 bands giving away free music. On September 3, 2010, Carousel Kings released a song titled "Vacations" for free download in exchange for a tweet and a status update on Facebook.
