Caroline Stokes is a human capital developer, executive coach and author. She was part of the leadership team at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe that launched the Sony PlayStation in 1995. In 2013, she founded FORWARD, a company offering executive search, executive coaching and training to the technology and entertainment industries. Caroline is the author of Elephants Before Unicorns: Emotionally Intelligent HR Strategies To Save Your Company, published by Entrepreneur Press in 2019. In December 2019, her TEDx talk focused on the need for organizations to become emotionally intelligent to tackle global change. A certified executive coach, Caroline was named a Leading Global Coach by Marshall Goldsmith in 2019. Caroline is a regular commentator and media contributor on careers, leadership, and the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace. |
