Car Background Checks are a crime prevention measure. When buying a second hand car there are number of things that a buyer needs to be aware of. The first thing people tend to concentrate on is the price of the car. Perhaps even more important than the price is the history, hidden or otherwise, of the car.

This Frankenstein car may have serious structural weaknesses causing significant safety risks.
