BWM Architects is an international architecture company based in Vienna, Austria.
History
The office, founded in 2004, is led by Erich Bernard, Daniela Walten, Johann Moser and Markus Kaplan. The office operates under the name BWM Architekten und Partner ZT GmbH, operates across the world and employs around 70 people from different nations.
Founder and managing partner is Erich Bernard (* 1965).
Founder and partner: Daniela Walten (born 1971 in Graz), degree in architecture: TU Graz and Università Federico II, Naples (IT)
Founder and partner: Johann Moser (born 1961 in Waizenkirchen), studied political science and ethnology: University of Vienna, studied sculpture: Academy of Fine Arts, Bruno Gironcoli, freelance artist.
Partner since 2014: Markus Kaplan (born 1972 in Salzburg), apprenticeship as draftsman for structural engineering in Dortmund, architecture studies: TU Graz.
