It allows users to cut and merge videos and mix audio. The program is used for preparing software demonstrations, tutorials and video presentations. History BSR Screen Recorder is an award-winning application that can record every activity of your computer's screen, just like you make a screenshot using the PrtScr button. BSR Screen Recorder can save all activities on your computer screen as a video file, which can help you in creating video tutorials, presentations and much more. The first version of BSR Screen Recorder was released in 2001 as freeware software. The first version was programmed to record only AVI format video files and it was not supporting audio recording. After gaining reputation over internet during 2 years, in 2003 the second version which also supports audio recording was released as commercial version. During the same year, version 2 was improved by adding a Movie Studio which allows users to cut and join videos and add audio separately. In 2004, version 3 was released which includes the Movie Lab (video editor). After 3 years in 2007, version 4 of the program was released including a video format converter to SWF (Flash Video), WMV (Windows Media Video) and EXE formats. Version 4 also added 2D and 3D zooming features. Finally in 2010, the program interface was renewed and the new version 5 was released in English, French, German and Spanish languages.
