Bruno and the 45 is a children's book written by Claire Mangubat. Also known as "Bruno and the 45 RPM", the book describes a squirrel called Bruno who found a vinyl record in the woods and the way he found out what it was. History The story of Claire's older brother led her to writing this book. She heard this story and verified it with her mom. Her brother once called a Gramophone Record a "big CD". She wanted to show to her classmates the way that music was profuced before their time. She originally wrote this to be her Christmas gift to her (Grade 4) class adviser in 2011. When she gave it to her class adviser, she was told to publish the book. When she told her mom about this, her mom told her that her friends also told her to publish the book. They published the book in 2012. The book was officially launched on May 20, 2012. Summary Bruno is a squirrel.
