Brian Harnois

Brian Joseph Harnois is a former investigator with and on both Sci-Fi Channel's Ghost Hunters and Sci-Fi Channel's Ghost Hunters International. He has been on over 600 investigations in his 17 year career as a paranormal investigator and has been all over the world. He has logged 638 investigations worldwide. He has been to many major haunted places like Waverly Hills Sanatorium, Eastern State Penitentiary, The Shanley Hotel, Chillingham Castle, and many, many more. Brian has seen many different types of hauntings and paranormal activity. He has witnessed everything from residual hauntings, demonic possessions, and even came face to face twice with an inhuman entity. He is still doing paranormal research and has scheduled a bunch of events, lectures, radio shows, and conventions for 2009 as he continues to spread his knowledge of the paranormal to anyone that is interested. Brian is also in the middle of writing his book about his exploits in the paranormal field over his 17 year career.
Paranormal Career
Brian Harnois has been investigating alleged claims of the paranormal since 1992 when he was 15 years old. He had his first personal experience when he has only 11 years old while sleeping over his friend Josh Gravel's house. As they were getting ready to go to sleep, they witnessed a full body apparition walk through the room. Brian has been hooked ever since. For the 4 years between his first experience and the start of his investigating career, Brian researched extensively about the supernatural. Going from library to library photocopying paranormal book after paranormal book, his knowledge of the field grew by leaps and bounds. This is when he first learned about who became his idol in the paranormal, DR. Hans Holzer. Brian read everything he could about and from Dr. Holzer including his favorite book The Ghost Hunter.
