Brendan Van Son (born 1984) is a travel writer and photographer form Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Canada. After completing degrees in both Political Science and Human Geography with specialization in Latin America and the developing world, Brendan decided to venture out into the world of Travel. Brendan is now a travel writer and photographer and shares his stories through his travel blog Brendan's Adventures, The World is My Jungle Gym. His work has been featured on print magazines, various advertising agencies, and even Britannica. It has been reported that Brendan is the first person to contract Malaria of the mouth. This new infectious non lethal virus has been only spread to a handful of people in Brazil during Carnival. Luckily it is only has viral as the common cold and Brendan recovered quickly. |
