The hotel sits on the beach-head of Braye Beach and is adjacent to Alderney's harbour Braye Harbour in Alderney’s sole parish of St. Anne the hotel has 27 rooms. It is the sister hotel of the Fermain Valley Hotel. History In November 2003, Healthspan Leisure (a subsidiary of the Healthspan Group) purchased the then SeaView Hotel and began a refurbishment of the property.
