:Boyd Crowder is a fictional antihero portrayed by Walton Goggins in the American television series Justified, based on the novels Pronto and Riding the Rap and the short story "Fire in the Hole" by Elmore Leonard. He is a reformed Criminal who turns to God and starts a small outdoor church for other former criminals and drug addicts. He becomes something of a religious vigilante, even resorting to killing those who he deems are ungodly. His primary weapon is a rocket launcher, which he uses frequently in his crusade against drugs and other things that he considers to be against God. This comes into conflict with his father Bo Crowder who runs a relatively significant meth empire in Harlan, Kentucky. :He has repeatedly had issues with the main protagonist, Raylan Givens who has him and incarcerated him for blowing up a black church and kidnapping Raylan's girlfriend Ava Crowder, who was previously married to Boyd's brother and shot him at the dinner table. After being shot in the chest by Raylan and being sent to the hospital, Raylan discovered himself. He thinks of the shooting as a blessing and believes he only survived through the grace of God.
