Blue hair

Blue hair is a form of exotic hair colouring where either every strand of hair on the scalp is dyed blue with blue hair dye or only some strands are dyed as coloured streaks.

* In Scooby-Doo and the Goblin King one of the Three Witches has blue hair.
* Aqua, one of the main characters from Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep has blue hair.
* Marth, the main character of Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon has blue hair.
* Ike, the main character of Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance has blue hair.
* Coraline Jones in the 2009 stop motion film Coraline as well as the button-eyed, sand-stuffed rag doll that looks just like her (though in the 2002 novella Coraline her hair is brown).
* Mantha the zombie and Dummy Girl the puppet/ventriloquist's dummy/marionette/mannequin from Casper's Scare School.
* Emily the corpse bride from the 2005 stop motion film Corpse Bride has straggly blue hair.
* Bernie Barges, Beth and Uncle Rico from Corneil and Bernie.
* Sailor Mercury, a heroic character from the Sailor Moon series. Some people prefer to call her "Amy Anderson" when she's a civilian. Villains Blue Saphir, Viluy, Cyprine, Fisheye, Palla-Palla and Sailor Aluminum Seiren also have blue hair in different shades and appear in the same series.
* Dawn from Pokémon. This girl has hair in a darker shade of blue.
* Mara fom Dinotopia: Quest for the Ruby Sunstone. Mara is the daughter of American former-explorer Karl Scott. She was born in the land of Dinotopia.

* Marge Simpson and Milhouse van Houten from The Simpsons.

* The Crummy Mummy from Anne Fine's novel Crummy Mummy and Me dyes her hair royal blue at the beginning (much to the disapproval of the grandmother) and her boyfriend Crusher Maggot has sky blue hair.
* Johnny Abatti and Uncle Nicky from Angela Anaconda.
* The mermaid Aquamarine from Alice Hoffman's novel Aquamarine has blue hair (though in the 2006 live action movie adaption where Aquamarine is played by Sara Paxton her hair is blonde with blue streaks).
* One of the Barbie Fairytopia dolls has blue hair as well as blue skin.
* Violet Parr from the 2004 Disney/Pixar film The Incredibles has often been described as having blue hair despite the fact that her hair appears to be black.
* In The Extreme Ghostbusters, Kylie Griffin has been assumed to have blue hair with blakc streaks.
* In the Japanese animated film My Neighbour Totoro the middle-sized Totoro has blue fur.
* The eleventh episode of Mortified "Taylor Turns Bad" depicts a dog called "Poochems" that had some of its fur dyed blue by Layla Fry (played by Dajana Cahill).
* Yu Kanda from the Japanese manga and anime D.Gray-Man, even though his hair in the manga is actually black
