Blackwatch

Blackwatch is the production outfit for Michael Thomas, an audio engineer and electronic-music artist who has released numerous singles on labels such as Ministry of Sound, Hooj Choons, Pitch Black, Yoshitoshi Records, Bedrock Records and has remixed recordings for Sony, Viacom, Warner Brothers and Paramount Pictures.
Michael Thomas has a background in classical music, but got into electronic music in the early 90s' rising electronica culture in New York.
His collaboration with grammy-nominated Bill Hamel peaked at number nine in the National UK charts early 2003.
Michael worked a 10-year strech at Sony Music Studios, during which Paul Oakenfold signed his first Blackwatch EP's to platinum status mix CD series on Perfecto Records.
Michael Thomas is also sometimes known under the alias Professor Okku. Michael currently lives and produces in South Beach Miami, FL.
Blackwatch has produced several fairly successful tracks including Gentle Rain, Loveless and Northsky.
The Blackwatch catalog is currently published under Paramount Pictures 'Famous Music' until 2010.
