Established on Jan 2014, the Bioinformatics and Computational Omics Lab (BioCOOL) is located in the School of Biological Siences, Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran. BioCOOL provides an opportunity for the bioinformatics enthusiasts and researchers to work with a highly motivated team and tackle bioinformatics recent challenges using computational techniques including machine learning and data mining. Currently, a total number of 35 researchers in computer science, biophysics, biochemistry, evolutionary/molecular/ cell biology, medicine and biotechnology are working together to address the upcoming new challenges in systems biology and various omics such as: genomics, proteomics and metabolomics. The interested computer/SW/ IT engineers, biologists and all the bioinformatics enthusiasts are encouraged to send an SOP along with their CV to <references />http://biocool.ir/ |
