Billie Majovi (born 1990-12-01), is a Japanese singer, songwriter and frontman of the Japanese j-rock band Der Total Geil Band. They have released one full length album, and as of 2007, they are the first and only Japanese rock band to go Gold in the United States. Early life Billie Majovi was born in Akiruno, Tokyo to a Japanese father named Kiro and a German mother named Lara. As a child, Billie was influenced by popular japanese performers such as Boredoms, Melt Banana and most important of all Miyavi. |
