Bill Etchegaray is a former Head Women's Tennis Coach at California State University, Fullerton(CSUF). Etchegaray was the head coach from 1983 through 1985 season's at which is known as Cal State Fullerton Titans competing as a member of the WCAA Conference and the next year in the PacWest Conference. In both 1984(8-24 record) and 1985(10-24 record) season's Etchegaray's Titans teams finished eighth in each conference. His top singles player in 1985 Kristi Blankenship(30-10 record) (selected)played in the NCAA Division 1 Women's Collegiate Tennis Tournament at Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
