Beybala Khankishiyev

Life
Khankishiyev Beybala Aslan was born on October 10, 1939 in the village of Qalaqayin Sabirabad district.After graduating from high school in 1956, he entered the Finance and Credit College ("State Budget").After graduating from technical school, he started working as chief accountant of Sabirabad branch of Insurance Inspection of Azerbaijan State Insurance Company.Then he was transferred to Inspectorate of State Insurance Company of Kirov district of Baku.
In 1960 he entered the Baku State University (Faculty of Economics). After graduating from the University, he entered postgraduate study at the Azerbaijan National Institute of Economics.He graduated in 1974 and defended his dissertation, then received a Ph.D. in economics from the Moscow Financial Institute, candidate of economic sciences. In 1976 he worked as an associate professor.In 1991, he was named as Professor (the first financial teacher in the history of Azerbaijan).Member of the Audit Chamber of the Standardization Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1996-2003, Head of the Insurance Supervision Authority since 1999 - Head of the Chief Insurance Supervision Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Activity
He has been a member of Editorial Board of Finance and Accounting magazine and editorial board of Audit magazine in 1999-2010.He has participated in international conferences and seminars held in Turkey, Russia, France, Japan and other countries.
He is the author of two textbooks, 12 teaching aids and over 100 scientific articles.
He has prepared four postgraduate students for dissertations.
