Betty Big Boom Band (1988-1993, 2004-) is a Norwegian rock group from Trondheim.

Betty Bohm Bang Band

Prior to 1987, Betty Bohm Bang Band was a rock or soul rock band from Trondheim, Norway. Band members consisted of among other Betty Boom on vocals and Per Øivind Houmb on bass. The band evolved and became Betty Big Boom Band in 1987.

Short history

BBBB started out in 1987 as a soul-inspired band with loaned material from the Betty Bohm Bang Band og cover versions. The band developed their own unique Norwegian soul style, with Norwegian text and concerts with full band. BBBB received good reviews and released a single, some cassettes and a CD. The band folded in 1993, but started up again in 2004.
