Benjamin McAllister (born March 28, 1982 in Loma Linda, CA) is a graphic designer, web designer, art director, and multimedia artist. He grew up in Redlands, CA. His father, Bruce McAllister is a Science Fiction Writer and his mother Caroline is a teacher and photographer. Although living in Redlands, CA during the year he spent most summers in Charlotte, VT on Lake Champlain. He received a BA from the Johnston Center for Integrative Studies at the University of Redlands. He also studied fine art, art history and photography in Florence, Italy at Accademia Italania in 2003. His web design agency, creatingtheweb.com is co-sponsoring the first ever Los Angeles Web Series Festival with Michael Ajakwe, a writer and producer on shows such as Martin, Malcolm And Eddie, Sister Sister, E and others. In the past he has created branding and other media for clients such as Universal Records, Disney, Corky Hale, Pegah Anvarian, Dianne Warren, Nate Jones of the Miami Dolphins, Jahri Evans of the New Orleans Saints, Earthsite(Green Festivals's media partner), The National Healthcare Congress, Beverly Hills Records, Lee Silver Productions, Lasky Records, AM, Born Famous Couture and many others. He has also created advertorial images with Wagon Red Design for productions such as Eastwick(TV Series), the Emmy Awards, the Mentalist and others. He lives and works in Montecito Heights in Los Angeles, CA.
