Benjamin "Benji" Ettienne (born 13 March 2003) is a Grenadian professional footballer who plays as a defender for the Charleston Battery, and the Grenada national team. Club career Ettienne signed a multi-year deal with American club Charleston Battery of the USL Championship on February 4, 2022 at the age of 18. He joined fellow Grenada international AJ Paterson in Charleston. International career Ettienne made his debut with the Grenada U20 squad on February 19, 2020, in a 3-1 victory over the Dominica U20 team in the CONCACAF U-20 Championship-Qualifying. He has captained the U20 team twice. Ettienne made his debut with the Grenada in 1-0 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification win to US Virgin Islands on 30 March 2021. He was called up to represent Grenada at the 2021 CONCACAF Gold Cup. |
