Bashar Kiwan is the founder of AWI Company and continues to hold the Chairman and CEO, positions he has held since inception. The companies he founded have presence in more than 15 countries across Europe and the Middle East, are represented in more than 50 cities and employing over 5,000 full-time employees. In addition Kiwan is the founder and CEO of the Comoro Gulf Holding (CGH). CGH is a public-private partnership establlished to promote Comoros Islands and foreign direct investment in the Comoros with the aim of developing the country's infrastructure and accelerating its growth. Kiwan is a notable individual because of his contribution to the development of the media industry in the Middle East and North Africa. |
