Base Trip Records is an independent record label based in Boston, MA. Boston University grad, Conor Loughman, began Base Trip Records in 2007. He founded the label in his dorm room as a sophomore at Boston University in 2007. History The label has been featured in CMJ, Current,and Bostonia Magazine. Artists on the label have also garnered notable attention; the Boston Herald noted Rapper Steph's booming voice and pungent raps.The first three signees under the label were Katie Uva, Bee (Stephanie Barrak), and Rapper Steph (Micah Domingo). The label has since grown to include, Supersillyus (Rob Uslan), Aviator (Neil Anand), Allison Francis, InfinitiRock (Chester Anand), and The Throwbacks (Neil Anand and Ryan Evans).
