Bart A. Baggett is the pen name for Bart Baggett. Baggett is an internationally known personality who has given lectures and tours in the US, India, Australia, and Singapore. His best selling book Success Secrets of the Rich and Happy, originally published in 2001 in the US and currently published worldwide. He is probably best known for his series of DVDs and CDs called the "Handwriting Analysis Certification Home Study Course." According to the New York Daily News, he is a "top handwriting expert." Baggett graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. His home town is Richardson, Texas. In 1995, he founded a myhandwriting.com, which was the #1 graphology destination on the World Wide Web from 1997 - 2001. In 2002, he created a handwriting self-test software called The Handwriting Wizard which remains one of the top graphology destinations for graphology. Baggett has appeared on over 1500 radio and TV shows during the time frame of 1992-2001, when he was actively promoting his handwriting analysis and self-help books. He most memorable guest appearances included the Bob and Tom Radio Show, The Howard Stern Show, and Jef and Jer. In 2006, Baggett was featured on such TV shows as CNN's Paula Zahn, CNN's Larry King Live, and Court TV's Banfield and Combs. In 2001, Baggett co-hosted a nighttime radio show on CBS's hot talk format FM station in Dallas,TX 105.3 FM. The program was short lived, but put Baggett on a track to transition to a talk show host, instead of just a talk show guest. Also in 2001, he acted in his first feature film "The Process of Creative Deception". He later played himself in the 2007 film "In Search of Puppy Love." In 2002, he licensed his Handwriting University brand of personality profiling to an individual in Bangalore, India (Rafi Baig) who founded Handwriting Institute India. This training company uses Baggett's intellectual property and brand to train and certify hundreds of people per year in the psychological techniques of handwriting analysis and graphotherapy. Baggett visits India annually to lecture and support this International venture. In 2003, he founded the School of Forensic Document Examination, which later became known as the International School of Forensic Document Examination which trains forensic document examiners worldwide and specifically excludes any education on graphology or criminal profiling. In 2005, Baggett co-starred in a TV pilot produced by Merv Griffin called "The Predictors". In this pilot, Baggett analyzed the handwriting of Ryan Seacrest in front of a live studio audience. The TV pilot was not picked up by any major network. However, his co-star, Lisa Williams went on to star in her own Merv Griffin produced TV show called " Lisa Williams: Life Among the Dead." It is rumored Baggett has been consulted and/or appeared in other TV pilots or programs which have also not found their way on-the-air. Baggett appear in a brief scene in the Seth Rogan movie called The Green Hornet (Release date December 2010). By 2009, Baggett had rendered opinions in over 300 forensic document examination cases and testified in court over 14 times (CA, NV, AZ, AK, and Texas). Baggett lives in Los Angeles and testifies in court on the authenticity of handwriting as a forensic document examiner.
