Barry McCoy (born 1963) began studying the martial arts in 1979. Barry McCoy fought his first kickboxing fight in 1984 for the PKA (Professional Karate Association). In 1990, Barry McCoy was named PKC Kentucky State Director for the Professional Karate Commission and has served in that capacity ever since. Martial arts Former P.K.A.
