Overview The Bangerter machine gun is a belt fed, blow forward operated machine gun with a complicated belt feed device. Firing is from a trigger installed on top of the receiver that actuates a lever to a device at the front of the barrels that fires the weapon. The belt feed is unusual and highly complicated as it chambers the rounds into a belt of chambers that lock into the barrels. When firing, the barrels move forward rotating the cluster. The rate of fire is also adjustable. |
