The following list includes some of the competitions that students have enrolled for in the past. Please consult with the Baker Program in Real Estate for the amount of credit granted for each competition. * UT-Austin Real Estate Finance Challenge * Ed Bacon Urban Sustainability Design Competition * ULI-Hines Urban Design Competition * George Washington University Development Case Competition * University of North Carolina Case Competition * MIT Case Competition Student life Associate Real Estate Council (AREC) Students can join one or more of the more than 100 clubs within Johnson and hundreds of others that accommodate a university-wide membership. Clubs within Johnson range in interest from in entrepreneurship to wine tasting to international affairs to skiing.
