B.Boy Omega

B.Boy O'Mega (born Orlando Lee Rodriguez January 31, 1971) is an American Hip-Hop journalist, historian, [http://books.google.com/books?idxDUo2zl0liIC&lpgPA267&dq=bboy%20omega&lr&pgPA267#vonepage&q&f=false] DJ and recording artist. He began his career as a DJ in 1984 and later moved onto radio and internet television at Pseudo.com in 1998, partnering with video director, to build and expand the Koolout.com channel. At Pseudo he produced "Dub Spot", the first internet Television show dedicated to Dancehall music with Dancehall-Reggae journalist and Madhouse Records promoter, Jacquie Juceam. In 1999, at the urging of Juceam, B.Boy O'Mega partnered with remixer DJ Ted Smooth to introduce reggae artist Sean Paul to a Hip-Hop and Latino audience; facilitating Paul's rise to superstardom.
