Ayuli Jemide

Ayuli Jemide (born 24, August 1966) is a Nigerian Lawyer and the Founder and Lead Partner of Detail Commercial Solicitors, Nigeria's first commercial solicitor firm to specialize exclusively in non-court room practice.
Early life
Ayuli attended Federal Government College, Enugu, where he had his secondary school education after which, he proceeded to study law at the University of Benin, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in 1987, and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 1988. He also obtained a Master of Laws degree from the Northwestern University, Illinois, United States in 2007 and a post graduate certificate in business administration from the IE Business School, Spain.
Career
He is an avid public speaker at various conferences and forums as well as being a regular facilitator at the Lagos Business School's Center for Infrastructure, Policy, Regulation and Advancement (CIPRA) which is devoted to research, training and advocacy in infrastructure development.
He was a non executive director of the Central Bank of Nigeria between 2013 and 2015, garnering rave reviews during his time in the board as well as leaving an example worthy of emulation.
Ayuli was the Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law,  and is a member of the advisory board of Founders Carbon Network. He is also an Independent Director, Construction Kaiser Limited and is the Immediate past chairman of the board of the Ebola Containment Trust Fund, an NGO set up by private Individuals based in the city of Lagos to handle the spread of the Ebola virus and other communicable diseases.
He is also a director at IntelliFin, a privately held Nigerian company, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to offer products for mobile money and POS terminal services. He is the Executive Chair, Advisory Board, Project & Transaction Resources Limited, a company that helps clients to gather all the resources that they require to get their infrastructure projects and transactions off the ground.

Publications and articles
Ayuli has written several publications including a back-page column for Business Day Called Prophylaxis between 2018 and 2019. Between 2009 and 2011, he authored a column called Law Biz in Nigeria's ThisDay Newspaper. Other publications include the Real Estate Guide 2015, Oil and Gas Guide 2014 and the Nigeria PPP Review Infrastructure Financing Options for Nigeria Volume 2, Issue 1, December 2013.
