Ayokunle Ayoko

Ayokunle Olushola Ayoko (born July 12, 1982), is a Nigerian legal practitioner. He is the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser for Berger Paints Nigeria Plc.
Life and education
Ayoko was born in Ondo State Nigeria as the last of five children of Benson and Florence Ayoko. He attended Amuwo Odofin Secondary School from 1992 to 1995 and Sari Iganmu Secondary School from 1995 to 1997. In 1998, he went to University of Ibadan and got a law degree, graduating with a Second Class Upper. In 2006, he preceded to the Nigerian Law School in Enugu and was called to the Nigerian bar. He is currently studying a postgraduate program at the University of South Wales. and Dr Babatunde Ajibade, both presidential candidates at the NBA Elections 2020.
He is a columnist with many of his writings based on corporate governance He is also a Non Executive Director with Kaizen Academy, and Council Member of Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG).
Ayoko made recommendations to the Government of Lagos State on steps to take to improve the Tourism sector
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria.
Awards and recognition
Ayoko received 40 under 40 awards by ESQ Nigerian Legal Awards in 2019.. In November 2020, he was a recipient of Diligent Corporation's 2020 'Modern Governance 100' awards.
