Aviajet

Aviajet was a Dublin-based air charter broker and virtual airline.
Its flights were operated mainly by McDonnell Douglas MD-83s. Air Atlanta Icelandic and euroAtlantic Airways also operated Boeing 767-300s for Aviajet. Operating in Aviajet livery, airlines that leased Aviajet's aircraft included MAP Jet and Spanair.
In August 2007, a charter Aviajet McDonnell Douglas aircraft aborted a landing at Dublin Airport when the pilot reportedly mistook the lights of a nearby hotel for the "approach lights of the airport’s runway".
According to the community-maintained website, planespotters.net, Aviajet "ceased operations" in 2008.
