History ASPIDER Solutions was formed from the merger of two Dutch companies in March 2007: Mec Solutions and Interfusion . ASPIDER Solutions acts an agreggator MVNE (according to the Pyramid definition) providing a range of services to MVNOs and Mobile network operators including airtime, interconnects and BSS Business process outsourcing. It has wholesale contracts with a few Mobile network operators including KPN and Vodafone and has a number of significant MVNO and M2M customers. Operations The company used to focus only on local Dutch customers, but in 2007 started to grow its business with operations in the Netherlands, Malta, and USA. |
