Asia Green Group is a privately owned Malaysian based business entity specializing in land/property development and timber/plywood production and manufacturing.

Financials

Based on available financial information (Q4/2007), the company had approximately RM 350 million in GDV (109 million USD) between four current projects in its property development arm, developed in excess of of residential living space, and produced an audited revenue of RM 180.31 million (apprx. 56 million USD) in revenue from its timber/plywood manufacturing facilities in 2006. It is also understood that it's development projects are financed internally, without the use of bridging loans or debt service from banks and financial institutions, though no such evidence has been publicly provided other than its own Advertising & Promotion literature.

The company has also mentioned future developments on its current land bank, consisting of at least a 1.84 hectares of premium real estate worth an estimated RM 70mil to 100mil in future development value.

Operations

Asia Green GROUP has offices in the states of Penang, Kedah, and Sarawak and is currently one of the largest privately owned companies in Northern Malaysia (Peninsular).
