Arun Jagannathan

Arun Jagannathan (born 1976) is the Co-Founder and CEO at CrackVerbal Edutech Pvt. Ltd. Arun heads the academics and marketing functions of the company. He is a regular speaker at startup events and his views on the Edtech space are regularly sought after in most leading national publications.
Career
Arun completed his Bachelors from the Maharaja Sayjairao University of Baroda, and then went onto get his MCA from DDIT, Gujarat University. During his 10-year stint in corporate, he worked in various technology companies such as Wipro, Sapient, Arcot R&D (acquired by CA Technologies), and Talisma. However, during this time he was also very active on online GMAT forums such as Pagalguy, Quora, QSLeap, Beatthegmat and Gmatclub. He also taught part-time at training institutes for CAT and GMAT. Arun is a fellow of the prestigious Startup Leadership program.
Startup
After a few students reached out directly to him, he decided to start CrackVerbal in 2006 as a moonlighting venture. For three years CrackVerbal remained a part-time vocation where Arun held workshops every year. In 2009, Arun and co-founder Shreekala Kurup turned it into a full-time business.
