Arthur Chinjung Chang () is a Taiwanese born American entrepreneur, film producer and writer. He was the founder and CEO of Kingman Group and its subsidiaries, including Spyder Paintball, Kingman Training, Raven USA and Java Gear. From 1990 to 2012, he organized The Spyder Cup, a paintball event,, he sold paintball business to KEE Action Sports in 2013. Chang also founded Kingman Films International and produced the feature films Frontline, To Protect and Serve, Good Advice, and The Kiss. He developed the King Arthur Screenwriters Award (KASA) contest, a platform to connect screenwriters and producers.
