Armand Arton

Armand Arton (born 1976) is a Canadian businessman, the founder of Arton Capital specialising in immigrant investor programmes.
Early Life & Education
Armand Arton was born in Bulgaria to Armenian Bulgarian parents. He lived with them in Morocco and France before moving to Canada in 1992. He graduated with an International Baccalaureate from Collège Jean de Brébeuf and a BA in Finance from École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal in 1997. 
Career
Prior to founding Arton Capital in 2006, he started his career with the National Bank of Canada before joining BMO Nesbitt Burns. In 2003, he joined Hampton Securities where he became the Executive Director for their Immigrant Investor Division. He is also a member of the Canadian Investment Manager and a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute
Other Endeavours
He is an outspoken advocate of the benefits of immigration and Global citizenship and co-founder and trustee of the Global Citizen Foundation, a charitable foundation working to alleviate poverty and to improve the life chances of underprivileged children through education.
He is Antigua and Barbuda’s special economic envoy to the Gulf Cooperation Council. and a Patron of the Sovereign Art Foundation and a member of the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative A YPO Young Presidents' Organization Global Member and a Board Member of Endeavor.
