Arkansas Vibe (short Name = ArViBE) is a monthly Arkansas magazine launched 2008 by founder MaXx Anderson. The publication is dedicated to social-minded fun seeker with articles on music, food, style, sports and nightlife. As of 2008, it has a circulation of 10,000 per month, covering central Arkansas with an emphasis on music and local bands like the gettys Third degree, Dean Agus and more. The magazine also uses only Arkansas models like heather dyre , kristen Alverez and many more to showcase merchandise and fashion from Arkansas. Arkansas Vibe has a user friendly community based website, ArkansasViBE, which focuses exclusively on Arkansas news and Headlines. In August 2008 only being live for 4 months the website drew 25,000+ page views. The magazine owes its success to having a broader range of interests than its closest competitors. Advertisers run the gamut from record labels to Entertainment venues to Ed Hardy Clothing stores to Car dealerships, thus enhancing the magazine's status as a trend setter.
