Arda Vandella Collins is a children's author. She was educated in Liberia, England, France, and the United States. She has her Master of Science in Education from Western Maryland College (McDaniel College), and teaches middle school in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2003-2004, Mrs. Collins was the recipient of the "Who's Who Among America's Teachers" award and appears in the 8th edition. She is a member of the Order of Eastern Star. Mrs. Collins has twelve children, sixteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She lives in Abingdon, Maryland, with her husband Thomas Gyibli Collins, Jr. Works She wrote Another Way of Life. |
