Anthony D. Castelli

Anthony Dean Castelli (born 28 April 1951) is an American personal injury attorney, author, mediator, speaker and businessman based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has tried 30 civil cases to verdict and founded Law Office of Anthony D. Castelli in 1999.
He is a sole practitioner and uses the internet extensively for marketing, researching, education, and social and professional connections. His primary focus is on cases of serious injury or wrongful death involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, property owner negligence, and defective or unreasonably dangerous products.
Castelli's Youtube channel has over 1000 followers and more than 600,000 views. He has the highest rating on Martindale Hubble Preeminent.
Early life
Castelli gained interest in law as a child when his grandmother, a legal secretary, took him to the courthouse on Saturdays. But it wasn't until a stint as a social worker, dealing with emotionally and developmentally disabled people and abused children, during and after college, that Castelli decided to go to law school to become a more powerful advocate for the downtrodden. He completed his degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
Career
Castelli has been practicing law for over 35 years with 2 verdicts in excess of $1,000,000. Castelli has tried a number of cases and is a mediator resolving business, insurance, and workplace disputes. While at law school, he clerked for Cincinnati trial lawyer Walter Beall. Castelli also has a podcast on Apple focusing on personal injury law and is known as one of the top personal injury lawyers.
In 2014, Castelli hosted The Saluting Marine, a mainstay at patriotic and motorcycle events across the country.
Castelli is also a founding member of the Circle of Legal Trust, a group of lawyers working on enhancing white hat internet marketing, mentoring and consumer education by lawyers. He has been featured on The Power Of Money on YouTube and is a member of The Academy of Best Selling Authors. He started his own law firm under the name Law Office of Anthony D. Castelli in order for his clients to access his services with more ease.
Castelli is the vice-chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and President of the Governing Board at Personal Injury Warriors. He has been interviewed by Pro Health.com for his expertise as a disability attorney.
Bowling v. Heil case
Anthony Castelli scored a jury verdict in excess of $1,000,000 in the Bowling v. Heil case where a young man lost his life due to a defectively designed dump truck. It was a landmark case that went to the Ohio Supreme Court and helped define product injury law in Ohio.
In 2010, Castelli signed a deal with Celebrity Press to release a legal book called A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing with Ben Glass and a group of America's leading attorneys.

Scholarship
He also offers an annual scholarship called, Anthony Castelli Attorney’s Veteran’s College Scholarship through the Law Office of Anthony D. Castelli. The scholarship is awarded to US citizens who are a current military veteran or honorably discharged veteran or parent, sibling, child or grandchild of a current or honorably discharged veteran.
The scholarship is given to honor all veterans, and Anthony Castelli's father, Lt Jr Grade, Joseph A Castelli, World War II Navy hero awarded the bronze star for valiant service.
Personal Life and education
Castelli attended Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law graduating in 1981 and has also Completed Harvard's Program on Negotiation Mediating Disputes.
He is divorced and has 2 children.
