Annalisse Mayer is a novelist who has published six novels: The Story of S. (2001), When Alice Met her Favorite Movie Star in an Elevator (2004), The Pop Star and the Child Prodigy (2014), and Elves in Detroit, a series with 3 volumes. Her works focus on characters with autism spectrum disorders interacting with neurotypical characters. The first two are both available in print and e-book form.
