Anheuser-Busch InBev

When approved by regulators, Anheuser-Busch InBev will be the world's largest brewer and one of the largest consumer product companies in the world, with leading positions in the world's top five markets: China, U.S., Russia, Brazil and Germany. Anheuser-Busch InBev was formed after InBev agreed to buy Anheuser-Busch Companies on Sunday, July 13, 2008, creating the new company named Anheuser-Busch InBev. Its key brands are Beck's and Stella Artois with Budweiser serving as the newly formed company's flagship brand. Anheuser-Busch's and InBev's workforce combined now employs around 110,000 people. Carlos Brito, Inbev's CEO since 2005, will become the combined company's CEO.
