Angel MedFlight is an air ambulance company whose primary function is to provide air medical transport for patients with a critical injury or illness. Angel MedFlight uses fixed-wing aircraft to transport patients in the United States and internationally. Angel MedFlight flies with two pilots and a minimum of two medical personnel (nurse and paramedic) on all air transfers. About Angel MedFlight Angel MedFlight’s corporate headquarters are at Scottsdale Airport. Aircraft are based across the country.
