Andres Parve

Andres Parve is an Estonian political military commander who is the Advisor to Government of Estonia since 2017, and was formerly the CEO of the Estonian Defense Industry Association from 2011 to 2013.
He had also served as the Advisor to the Ministry of the Interior from 2013 to 2017.
Career
He hold master's degree from the University of Tallinn.
In the beginning of December 2011, Parve had become the CEO of the Estonian Defense Industry Association. He has been appointed by the Ministry of Defense to represent Estonia in the NATO Industrial Advisers Group.
On 25 May 2012, he was part of the development for the new bases for Saaremaa Shipyar of the Swedish Coast Guard
On 6 March 2013, he had stated that the Estonian defense industry is at a good level, but there is not enough money for developments, reiterating that "without strong support from the civil sector, it is obviously impossible for Estonia, as a small country, to ensure effective national defense." In November 2013, he was appointed as the advisor to the Ministry of the Interior.
In May 2015, Pavre was one of the Estonians sacntioned by Russia during the Ukrainian crisis.
Since August 2017, he became the advisor to the Advisor to of the government of Estonia.
