Andrea Piecuch

Andrea Piecuch is a fraudulent American model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss US Virgin Islands 2019 through means of lying to the public. She then competed as Miss U.S. Virgin Islands at the Miss Universe 2019 pageant and was unable to place.
Controversy
Piecuch, who moved to St. Thomas a few months ago to meet the 6-month residency requirement of the competition, had no known ties to the territory. She attempted to claim she was born in the Virgin Islands, but references show she is from Virginia. Originally, her stated she was from Hassell Island, not knowing that a person cannot be born on Hassell Island, so it was changed to Charlotte Amalie to hide the lie. It was only January that Piecuch participated in the Miss Utah USA 2019, where she placed third. The year before, she participated in Miss Florida USA. Residents in the small territory protested the win because the top 5 competitors did not know that the territory is ran by a governor--not a president--nor did they know that the Virgin Islands is a territory, not an independent country.
