Andhow.FM (styled as andHow.FM) is a non-profit, non-commercial, Triple-A, modern rock & indie rock formatted radio station based in Papakowhai, New Zealand, relaunched in January 2009. It is a LPFM radio station broadcasting at 107.5 FM w/RDS to listeners in the Karehana Bay, Porirua Harbour & Pauatahanui Inlet area of New Zealand. The station also simulcasts a 128kbit/s stereo mp3 stream via streaming media nationally & internationally. Broadcasting 24 hours a day with a request music library available online to give the listener the opportunity to personalise their music experience. Additionally there are also various radio programs regularly scheduled throughout the week by volunteers who broadcast specialty programming. The station is funded by andHow Limited in addition to donations & contributions from the listening public. The andHow.FM studios are located in a suburb of Porirua. History Originally launched as an internet-only broadcast in November 1998 as AndHow Web Radio in Bridge City, Texas in partnership with originally PNX.COM and then later PerNet Communcations. The station physically moved to Wellington, New Zealand in July 2001 and became an independent radio station. The station was officially rebranded as 107.5 andHow.FM in September 2011.
