Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians is an idea for understanding whole-body patterning in posture and movement brought forth by Thomas Myers. Through documented and through disections, strong and highly influensial connections of muscles and fascia have been mapped connecting once thought of distance structres.
Each Train is classifed by its location and depth and must follow specific rules of connection and Direction to be classified as an anatomy Train. Currently 7 unquie "trains" or chains of Myofasical connections have been discovered.
