Current Productions
The Endless Night
"The Endless Night" is an ongoing, full-cast science fiction audio drama podcast begun in September 2009 and with currently four seasons in production. Written, directed and produced by Timothy J. Meyer, the series details the exploits of the crew of the space pirate vessel The Unconstant Lover and their struggles against the galaxy’s shifting political ground.
The show is presented as monthly, half-an-hour episodes, ten per season. The fifth and eventual tenth episode of each season, however, is an hour in length. As of March 2010, six episodes and a prologue have been released, in addition to four separate promos. Season One is set to conclude in June 2010, with Season Two beginning that September.
Plot Summary
Set in a fictitious, unnamed galaxy ruled by the slowly crumbling Endless Empire, the show’s primary protagonist is the reckless aging pirate captain Nemo who, four years prior to the beginning of the series, left his life of infamy and wealth as the galaxy’s greatest buccaneer to drink himself to death on the edge of the civilized galaxy.
The Endless Night details Nemo’s sudden return to piracy and the criminal endeavors of his crew, flying aboard Nemo’s legendary starship The Unconstant Lover under the employ of the mysterious Duke Griffon and his terrorist organization, The Watchers of the Dawn, who seek the destruction of the Endless Empire.
Each episode focuses on a different mission or assignment Nemo and his ragtag crew undertake on behalf of the Watchers. Their missions are varied and erratic, including escort duty, raiding and securing of enemy technologies and espionage. In addition to the main plotlines, Nemo’s brash actions, as well as the withering disapproval of his dour first mate and the discovery of a strange stowaway, contribute to the series’ subplots.
An interesting through-line in the series is the question of the characters’ morality. As hardened pirates and criminals, Nemo and his associates are remorseless murderers, with a few notable exceptions. Despite this they are often presented with moral dilemmas of ethics and loyalty.

Cast of Characters
*The Unconstant Lover (Main Computer Voiced by Kori Kontz): A beat-up, much-abused cargo freighter, outfitted to the crew’s raucous life of piracy, The Unconstant Lover is the main pirate ship used in the series, the setting of the majority of the scenes, the characters' home and very much a character in and of itself.
A Briza Light Freighter, Model IZ36, The Unconstant Lover was originally made for low-atmosphere travel and wasn’t intended for space travel. However, as it has been outfitted with a pair of Yeltain jet boosters, it is not only spaceworthy but also apparently quite maneuverable. As a result of this, however, the ship is notoriously shaky, difficult to control and prone to random accidents and malfunction.
The ship is outfitted with, by Episode Two, Kiesha Laser Corp’s finest automated weapons system, Ishmael (see below), as well as a torpedo launcher. It possesses both a ray and bombard shield (though Bel8 does note in Ep. 5)
**Bounty Hunters: Because of their highly illegal activity, most of the crew have a sizable bounty on their heads, making attacks from bounty hunters something of a regular occurrence.
***Dusty Dimick (Voiced by Matt Doyle): A comparatively short bounty hunter, known for using a disruptor rifle to turn in distingegrations of his marks.
***Froz Four-Eyes (Voiced by Dan Glaser and Lucas James Vonasek): Two-headed alien bounty hunter. Dim-witted. Excellent aircar pilot.

The Briar and the Rose
Apparently to be released in September 2010, "The Briar and the Rose" is a new podcast series from An Art Lawful. There has been one "teaser" episode released on March 5, 2010. The teaser contains graphic and explicit content; as such it is expected to be rather different from the earlier series.
